ABOUT THE OWNERS

We "The Surianos" live in Sandwich, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. We purchased  this Condo in May of 2004. Friends of ours, that have a home down the beach, invited us down and we just fell in love with the place. We looked at many Condos on Anastasia Island before we bought this one. One of the many things that sold us on this complex were the people that manage it.

 The grounds are immaculate and the folks in the office are always helpful and very friendly. Since we can't get there as often as we like, we thought we would share it with others from around the world.So.......May your time be filled with relaxing sunsets, cool drinks and the sand between your toes. Have a memorable time! We look forward to you staying in our home away from home.

St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Club Condo

Our building has a jacuzzi located in the center of the courtyard. There are 2 pools at the resort. This is the largest of the two and is just steps from the building. The condominium overlooks this pool. It is the smaller of the two but is heated in the winter. It is perfect for the kids. This is the view of the clubhouse from our balcony Just a few steps to the beach. This is a locked gate that only Ocean
and Raquet guests may use. Guest Room, Two twin beds. The picture didn't turn out so well but you get the idea. Master Bedroom, Queen size bed with a very firm mattress. Queen Sleeper Sofa, This is brand new and is very comfortable Kitchen, Coffee pot, Microwave, Disposal, Dishwasher...all the comforts of home You can see the Ocean from the window on the right.
