St. Augustine
Ocean & Racquet Condos are located at St. Augustine Beach, Florida,
about six miles South of historic downtown St. Augustine. It's a
beachfront complex with ocean front condos, ocean view condos and
non ocean view units. Ocean and Racquet condos are one of the
largest beachfront complexes on the island, with a total of 280
units. Built in 1982, each condo is 950 square feet, single level
with two bedrooms and two baths. Every unit is equipped with a full
kitchen, laundry room and a private balcony. There is an on-site
rental office. You may choose another off-site rental management
company or rent your unit yourself. Amenities offered at Ocean and
Racquet Condos: Two outdoor pools, one heated during the winter.
Twenty four hour security guard. Tennis courts, racquetball courts,
jacuzzis, shuffleboard, horseshoes and direct access to the beach. |
