Atlantic East Condominiums For Sale

Atlantic East Condos are located at Crescent Beach Florida about 15 minutes from Saint Augustine. The Crescent Beach bridge is only a half mile away making it easy to drive to town or I-95. It's only about 50 miles to Daytona or Jacksonville from the condo.

Atlantic East was built in 1989. There are four floor plans to choose from, ranging in size from 1503 sq. ft. to 1918 sq. ft. Atlantic East is a beach front condo with direct ocean front units available. There are 69 individual units at the condo, two or three bedroom, with two baths. All condos are single level flats with the laundry located inside the unit. There is covered parking and covered walkways to the buildings. At this time there is not an on-site rental office and all rentals are limited to 6 months. We do not handle rentals.

Amenities offered at Atlantic East Condos include: 1 pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts, security gate and a recreation building.
